1. Information We Collect

• Account details: name, email address, profile information, subscription status, and confirmation that you are 18 or older.
• Usage data: device information, app interactions, crash diagnostics, cookies, and analytics events.
• Payment data: subscription purchase history and transaction identifiers from Apple App Store or Google Play (we do not store full card numbers).
• Support communications: messages, attachments, and metadata you send to us.

2. How We Use Information

• Deliver and personalize App features, including sports predictions and notifications.
• Manage auto-renewable subscriptions, billing, upgrades, downgrades, renewals, and promotions.
• Provide customer support, respond to requests, and send important updates.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, prevent fraud, and maintain security.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

3. Sharing of Information

We share data only when necessary:

• Service providers that host data, send notifications, process analytics, or support customer service.
• Platform partners (Apple and Google) to process subscription transactions.
• Legal purposes when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

We do not sell personal information.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, understanding that no method is completely secure.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age required in your jurisdiction (13 in most regions). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child provided data, contact us so we can delete it.

6. Your Rights and Controls

You may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your information, depending on local laws. Submit requests to predwit1@gmail.com. You can also manage push notifications, analytics, and permissions through your device settings.

7. Subscription and Billing Details

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play to the payment method linked to your store account.
• Auto-renewal occurs at the end of each term unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Renewal charges occur within 24 hours of the current period ending, at the price shown in the store.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• When you cancel, access continues until the current billing cycle ends. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google and are only provided where required by law.
• Free trials or introductory offers convert to paid plans if not cancelled before the trial ends.
