Terms of Use / End User License Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to Predwit (the “App”), provided by DWIL (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility and Account

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, violation of these Terms, or suspected fraud.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or distribute the App except as permitted by law.

3. Subscription Services

• Some features require an auto-renewable subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• The subscription title, length, and price are shown in the purchase confirmation screen.
• Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Prices may change; if they do, Apple or Google will notify you before renewal.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• When you cancel, you retain access until the current billing period ends. Refunds are issued only where required by law or through the respective store’s policies.
• Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4. Content and Predictions

The App may show sports predictions, statistics, or recommendations for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee results, and you are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on App content.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App, including by uploading malicious code, scraping data, or violating applicable laws. We may remove content or suspend access for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and software within the App are owned by DWIL or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, DWIL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the current subscription period, if any.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DWIL harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason. Sections intended to survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) remain in effect.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the App or legal requirements. We will post the revised Terms here and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
